YOU cannot miss tonight's episode of Biggest Loser, especially if you have made a new year's resolution to lose weight. Seriously, if you have only 20 - 40lbs. to lose - you will feel like a fool for not trying after tonight's episode. Two to Three pounds per week, you will be 30 pounds lighter within 8 to 12 weeks. Remember, the more you put in (sweat), the more you lose.
If you really want to drop unwanted body FAT, you will be exercising for an absolute minimum of 30 minutes daily. The more you have to lose, the more time you should put in. Every day that you don't exercise - you are NO CLOSER to your goal. If you think you don't need to change diet (daily consumption, caloric intake, junk food diet), then you are sadly mistaken.

* Consistency is the key. Ask yourself daily: "Did I do everything necessary to move myself closer to my goal?"

Breakfast: Ezeikel english muffin, 1tbsp. natural peanut butter, 2 coffee - 300 calories.
Lunch: baked tilapia, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. steamed broccoli & red peppers - 300 calories.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, 1/2 med. sweet potato, steamed broccoli & red peppers - 300 calories.
AM Strength: 60 min. Total body strength workout with my peeps!
PM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber, 15 min. Cybex Arc Trainer...
