Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


TEN Days into recovery and I feel so much better. Don't get me wrong, I still have major restrictions but, I'm very excited to be sweating daily. It's such a great feeling. I experimented with doing a few body weight squats yesterday, I felt good. I may way until the two week mark to start initiating some compound-strength movements. I've really very good at listening to my body. Like right now, I'm so damn sleepy, I might have to take a 30 - 60 min. emergency nap...........stay tuned!

I'm encouraged by your quick recovery period. At least being able to return to work.. Makes me have hope that I will be able to do the same,and I have a desk job.. Glad you are doing well.
