Recipe of the Day!


Refresh Wrap
Makes: 4 servings


• 4 12-inch whole wheat tortillas
•1 avocado, mashed
• 1 package tofu cubes
• 1 package alfalfa sprouts
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• ½ English cucumber
• ¼ red onion, peeled, diced
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 2 cups grated carrot

Directions:
Heat tortillas on a grill or in the oven. Top each tortilla with a ¼ of the remaining ingredients then fold in edges and roll up. Cut in half and serve.

Calories: 237 Carbohydrates: 27 g Protein: 10 g Fat: 11 g
