Get Motivated, Get Moving!
So now that you've decided to get fit, get healthy, and eat right, what's next? How about a cheering section? Our online Message Boards are a great place to find people just like you, who are dealing with the same challenges while they lose those extra pounds. Here's some advice from one of your teammates about sticking to the plan:
"My motivation changes every day, but here are a few things that keep me going:
1. Looking great in a bathing suit. (I live in Florida, so swimsuit season lasts all year long.)
2. Looking great for my boyfriend and having him be proud of me for sticking with it.
3. Not being referred to as the chubby girl ever again.
4. Not being asked if I'm pregnant when I'm not!And remember to have a positive attitude!"

Or talk about the Team Up / Slim Down Challenge on the New Year Challenge and The Biggest Loser board, sharing how you did with the weekly lifestyle changes as well as your thoughts about the show.
A message board is more than just a way to find motivation. It's also a great way to be held accountable. Check in with your friends when you have an amazing workout or when you stick to a sensible meal when you could have had fried chicken — but also if you fall off the exercise wagon entirely.
