Dr. Guttersen's Tip of the Day
Controlling the Cost of Good Health

The Sonoma Diet emphasizes fresh, wholesome foods, which can take a toll on your wallet. There are a few tricks, however, to keep costs down. Fresh fruits and vegetables cost less, for example, when they're in season. Some can be bought in large quantities when the price is cheaper, and can be frozen for later use. Also, be on the lookout for sales. If there's a special on chicken this week, stock up! Use what you can, then freeze the rest.
