Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


I am feeling great after my 2 functional training classes. Too bad more of you were not there to enjoy the burn. It's hump day, a great day to use resistance to enhance your metabolic efficiency. What are you waiting for? Do you want to have firm arms this summer? Weight training is the only way to do that. Let's Rock! Celtics are back in action tonight. I can't wait!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 2 coffee, 1/3c. AllBran Buds, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1 pkg. Quaker weight control oatmeal - 340 calories.
Lunch: Baked chicken breast, 1/2c. diced tomatoes, 2 c. Fresh express salad, 10 squirts Wishbone salad spritzer, 1/2c. brown rice - 360 calories.
Snack: South Beach cereal bar - 100 calories.
Dinner:

Danielle's workouts:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Class - where were you Michael?
2. 60 min. Functional Training Class - way to go ladies!
3. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 537 calories burned. I feel fabulous!
