Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Happy Terrific Thursday! Wow! I'm really looking forward to working out today. Time is running out to register for my small group personal training classes. Space is limited. My advice for the day: journal every calorie that you put in your mouth today, starting with your morning coffee & cream. YOU will be amazed at just how many calories you are consuming. Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 2 coffee, 1/2c. AllBran buds, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1 pkg. Quaker weight control oatmeal - 320 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. grapes - 60 calories.
Lunch: baked pork cutlet, 2tbsp. diced tomatoes, 1c. Success brown rice - 400 calories.
Snack: South beach replacement meal bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: baked chicken breast, 2 tbsp. diced tomatoes, 2c. Fresh Express salad - 300 calories.
Danielle's workout:
1. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 523 calories burned.
