Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


It's horrible outside, but it's nice and warm inside. Today is a perfect day to start a new diet and exercise routine. Most of you probably have the day off. Regardless of the weather, you could always do a body weight workout. Intervals of : jumping jacks, push-ups, lunges, squats and crunches, is a great way to workout for 20 - 60 minutes. Excuses will not get you to your goal. Celtics are out for revenge tonight as they take on the Washington Wizards.

Danielle's food journal:

Breakfast: 2 coffee, 1 Thomas multi-grain light english muffin, 1c. Allwhites & 2 canadian bacon slices - 300 calories.

Lunch: Whole wheat english muffin, 1/2c. tuna salad - 300 calories.

Snack: South Beach replacement bar, 1 coffee - 240 calories.

Dinner: 30z. pork cutlet, 1/2c. brown rice, 2 c. Fresh express veggie lovers salad, Wishbone salad spritzer - 360 calories.

Snack: Nestle hot cocoa - 35 calories.

Danielle's workouts:

2. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 526 calories burned, while watching Fox 25.

1. 45 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 700 calories burned, while watching the View.

Remember, exercise is the BEST Medicine!!
