Become Your Own Inspiration
Want to know the best way to ensure that you stay on track? Challenge yourself to become someone else's role model. If you know someone is looking to you to set a good example, you'll be more inclined to follow your meal plan and do your exercises. So encourage your friends and family to join in your quest for fitness and health, and strive to do your best to encourage them. By encouraging others, you'll encourage yourself even more!

Find a Role Model
It's always great to have health and fitness role models you can try to emulate. Do you know someone who's lost a significant amount of weight — and kept it off? Perhaps a friend or relative of yours has recently committed to eating healthier or becoming more active — he or she can be your role model, too!
