Baby Steps to Exercise Success
It can be tough to fit in five workouts a week if you're not used to exercising. So if you're struggling with completing all five days of your 5-Factor Fitness Plan, challenge yourself to stick to your plan at least three days a week. You'll still get plenty of health benefits from exercising three times a week, not to mention that it will help you tone and firm up your body. Most of all, you'll see that you can stick to an exercise goal — which will boost your confidence about setting further goals for yourself and achieving them!

A Walk in the Park
If Harley's 25-minute 5-Factor workouts are taking a toll on your body, use one of your workout days to go for a brisk walk in the park or a bike ride through a new area. It's okay to tone down the intensity to give your body a chance to get used to it. Just make sure you're not toning it down all the time. Remember: No pain, no gain!
