Morning Stretch with Denise Austin....

Beautifying Food Basics!
You've likely heard the saying, "You are what you eat." It's true! When you eat a balanced diet and provide your body with proper nutrition, you'll definitely look your best! But did you know you can also use some basics in your cupboards to make great at-home beauty treatments? Just give these a try:
* Add 3/4 cup of dry powdered milk to your bath for silky, smooth skin. The famed beauty Cleopatra reportedly indulged in milk baths regularly!
* Think Mediterranean and use olive oil instead of massage oil. This healthy fat is not only good for you, it's also a great skin moisturizer! You can use it to soothe sunburned skin, too, but don't apply it before going out in the sun — it's not a sunscreen.
* Coconut oil makes a wonderful, deep-penetrating hair treatment. Simply warm some in a small bowl, and massage the oil into your scalp before bedtime. In the morning, wash as usual. It helps seal split ends and keeps hair strong and shiny!
* Suffering from dry skin? Crack open an avocado and make yourself a moisturizing face mask. Simply mash it, smooth it onto your face, and rinse off in 20 minutes.
* Deflate puffy eyes with chamomile tea bags. It's quick and easy! Just steep the bags in hot water for a few minutes, let them cool, and place them over your eyes. Relax for a few minutes. Poof! Puffiness gone!
