Harley Pasternak's Daily Challenge

Look at the Short Term
By now, you've set at least one long-term goal for yourself, but how are you going to get there? Break that goal into smaller, short-term goals, which will be stepping stones to what you aspire to accomplish. List one to three actions you can take to reach each long-term goal. For example, if your long-term goal is to eat less beef, two short-term goals to get you there could be to try new types of meat, like game meat, which is similar to beef in taste and texture, and to prepare fish on a day when you would normally have beef. Challenge yourself to find substitutions for habits you want to break, and create a working plan to break them. Checking off those short-term goals will make you feel more accomplished than waiting to see the finale!
