Snack: med apple, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 160 calories.
Lunch: 3/4c. Taboli, 1 Joseph's wrap - 320 calories.
Snack: Myoplex lite vanilla shake - 190 calories.
Dinner: 2 c. garden salad, 1 slice think steak - 420 calories.
Exercise 9/13:
Today will be my 60th day in a row working out! I think I might go for 100!
1. Cardio - Cybex arc trainer - 570 calories burned in 30 minutes.
2. 45 min. Functional training workout. Yehaa....
