Daily menu:
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 4 slices of Oscar Myer ham scrambled, whole wheat english muffin, Olivio butter spray - 280 calories.
Snack: med. banana - 105 calories.
Lunch: grilled chicken breast cubed, 1 tbsp. 2% skim milk shredded cheese, hot sauce, lettuce, tomato, 1 Joseph's flax/oat bran/wheat tortilla - 480 calories. (YUMMY)
Snack: 1 ricecake, 1 tbsp. peanut butter - 140 calories. (pre-workout)
Dinner: 2 turkey burgers, 1c. raw carrots, 2 tbsp. lite ranch dressing - 420 calories.
* My appetite has been really odd for the last few days.
Exercise 9/11:
1. 58th workout in a row- Cybex arc trainer - 828 calories burned.
