Daily menu:

Breakfast: 100% whole wheat english muffin, 2 tbsp. peanut butter - 330 calories.

Snack: 150 calorie Atkins bar.

Lunch: Perdue chicken breast pattie, 2c. garden salad - 300 calories.

Snack: 1c. fresh strawberries, 3/4c. low fat cottage cheese - 200 calories.

Dinner:
