DANIELLE'S COMMENTS: Consistency is the Key to successful weight-loss. You can't expect to lose weight if you only eat healthy and count calories twice a week. You can expect to increase your lean muscle mass if you strength train twice a month. You will never create the necessary caloric deficit if you only do cardio twice a week. Get real!! You have to do the work, consistently, to get the results that you desire. Then, you have to maintain your routine, to stay fit for life. You either want it or you don't. It's your choice. JUST DO IT!
