Eat RightI'm not just talking about the right foods here, people. I'm talking about sitting down and eating your meals properly. Don't eat while standing up, in the car, or when you're on the go. If you sit down at the table, take your time, and relax while you eat, you'll be less likely to snack on a bunch of junk between meals.
