Snack: 1c. fresh strawberries, 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese - 160
Lunch: 2c. turkey chilli - 470 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Dinner: anti-pasto salad, lite italian dressing - 500 calories (due to deli meat & dressing)

1. 60 min. Treadmill speedwalk, speed 4.2, incline 15.0 - 1040calories burned.
