Daily menu:
Breakfast: (post-workout 6:00am) 2 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 60 calorie Dannon light & fit yogurt, 1/4c. fresh blueberries - 450 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Lunch: Perdue chicken breast pattie, 2 c. garden salad - 250 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1c. strawberries - 160 calories.
Dinner: Grilled turkey burger, 1/2c. brown rice - 320 calories.
Exercise 8/29:

* Sorry for the delay. Yesterday was a very hectic day. My daughter contracted strep throat and getting her situated with antibiotics took a few hours.
