Daily menu:
Breakfast: 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg scrambled, 2 slices whole wheat toast - 400 calories. (post-workout) * I was starving by 8am, after my 6am workout.
Snack: (pre-workout) Dannon low fat yogurt, 1/2c. blueberries - 100 calories.
Lunch: 1/2c. brown rice, grilled chicken breast 2/ 2 tbsp. salsa, 1 & 1/2c. garden salad - 400 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Dinner: craving salt, 2 Grilled turkey burkers, 1/8c. 2% shredded cheese - 360 calories. YUMMY!!
Exercise 8/27:
1. 60 min. Total body functional training workout - 11 exercises. Way to go ERICA!!
2. 60 min. Treadmill speedwalking, 4.2 speed, 15.0 incline - 1,040 calories burned. (oh, Yeah!)
