Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, Thomas whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: 6oz. Baked tilapia,, 6 asparagus stalks, 1/2c. baked sweet potato - 300 calories.
Snack: 1c. lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2c. Fiberone yogurt - 260 calories. (pre-strength)
Dinner: 4oz. Baked Tilapia, 2 c. brocolli, mushrooms and brussel sprouts - 240 calories. YUM!

PM Cardio: 45 min. Cybex Arc Trainer, 30 min. Stationary Bike.
PM Cardio: 45 min. Cybex Arc Trainer, 30 min. Stationary Bike.
PM Strength: 60 min. Functional Training workout w/ my 7pm peeps!
