Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Marvelous BIGGEST LOSER Tuesday on tap! Wow, can you believe the finale is next week. I can't wait to see everyone looking all glamored up and slim. It's such an incredible show and process to follow. Remember, you don't have to be on a television show to lose weight. All it takes is a dream, determination and DRIVE. One day a time, one clean meal, one workout and all out CONSISTENCY. It really comes down to how bad you want it! I want you to want it bad! TRY....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, Thomas whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: 6oz. Baked tilapia,, 6 asparagus stalks, 1/2c. baked sweet potato - 300 calories.
Snack: 1c. lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2c. Fiberone yogurt - 260 calories. (pre-strength)
Dinner: 4oz. Baked Tilapia, 2 c. brocolli, mushrooms and brussel sprouts - 240 calories. YUM!

Danielle's workouts:
PM Cardio: 45 min. Cybex Arc Trainer, 30 min. Stationary Bike.
PM Strength: 60 min. Functional Training workout w/ my 7pm peeps!
