Breakfast: 1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/3 c. All Bran Buds, 1c. lowfat yogurt, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Lunch: baked tilapia, 1c. mixed veggies, 1/2 sweet potato - 350 calories.
Snack: Zone Bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: egg white omlette (red pepper, jalepeno, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoe), 1c. brown rice - 350 calories.
PM Strength: 60 min. Functional Fitness workout.
PM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber, 45 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
