Biggest Loser TUESDAY!
I'm so excited that my favorite show is back on tonight! I can't wait to see Bob and Jillian again. I'll be heading to see Jillian speak at the Get Radical Conference in D.C. at the end of the month. So, it's in the mid 40's today, spring is definitely on the way. Are you still trying to pull yourself out of a rut? Now is the time to get up, get moving! Before you know it, it will be time to put on your bathing suits. WHat? You haven't worn a bathing suit in 20 years? What are you waiting for? When are you going to start taking care of yourself? There is not miracle solution, YOU need to exercise and eat less. It's Your Time! TRY....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 2 coffee, egg white omelette (mushrooms, spinach, red peppers, jalepeno), 100% whole wheat english muffin - 300 calories.
Snack: 1/2 CLIF bar - 120 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1c. mixed vegetables, 1/2 baked sweet potato - 350 calories.
Snack: Zone bar - 210 calories. (pre-cardio)
Dinner:

Danielle's workouts:
PM Cardio: 45 min. Stairclimber, 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
PM Strength: 60 min. Functional Fitness Class. 7pm people are funny!
