By Sandy Braz An athletic childhood helped set the tone for this French Canadian’s future in the fitness industry. Michele played every sport, from soccer to figure skating to gymnastics, and she even held a spot on Canada’s Olympic track team. After a year away from the competitive fitness stage, Michele is making a comeback in 2010. As a personal trainer, she spends her off-season rehabilitating clients with knee injuries. Here’s what her nutrition and training plan looks like: MICHELE’S workout: “I wake up every morning at 4:45 a.m. and hit the stepmill for 30 minutes before training my first client,” says Michele, who trains six days a week alongside her trainer – performing high reps to condition her endurance – in preparation for her return to the stage. MICHELE’S meals: Michele sticks to a clean-eating plan of five meals per day, eating every two to three hours. “I eat three meals with a mix of protein and carbs, such as brown rice, sweet potatoes and chicken, and the other two meals are snacks consisting of a mix of protein and vegetables.” Her favorite snack: “Frozen raspberries warmed in the microwave, then mixed into a scoop of protein powder with a dollop of almond butter. It’s amazing!” MICHELE LEVESQUE’S MUSIC: Download the tunes on her iPod! 1. White – Smith & Pledger 2. Whatcha Say – Jason Derulo 3. No Surprise – Daughtry 4. Above & Beyond – No One on Earth 5.
