Holiday Workout Routines
The holidays are here! More and more I'm hearing, "I'm just too busy and don't have time to workout." I don't buy that for a second! When I'm busy and have added stress, my workout is the LAST thing I will let go. If you have time to sit down and watch a 30 minute TV show, you have time to exercise. You may not be able to get your full workout in, but don't forget that even 20 minutes is better than nothing!
