Biggest Loser TUESDAY! Are you ready? For me, watching Biggest Loser is like watching the Super Bowl. It's so amazing! YOU too, can be a biggest loser. Did you complete your resolution check-list? Have you been counting your calories and exercising daily? The people who lose weight and transform their bodies completely are. If you do not know how many calories you are eating a day, you probably won't be successful. Food journaling is another form of accountability. Most of us aren't going to lie to ourselves, are we? Go for the gusto today and watch Season 7 premiere of The Biggest Loser. Tune in to NBC at 8 p.m. ET for the big reveal of all the new contestants!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 3/4c. Allwhites liquid eggs, 1/2c. diced peppers/jalepeno, 1 serving thin deli ham, 2 slices Fiberone Bread, 2 coffee - 420 approx. calories (post-am cardio)
Lunch: Baked chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. Chicken & herb soup, 1 sm sweet potato, 1c green beans - 350 calories.
Snack: CLIF Bar - 240 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. Hunt's diced tomatoes, 1c. brocolli, 1/2c. brown rice - 420 calories.

Danielle's workouts:
AM - 20 min. Stairclimber, 20 min. Cybex Arc Trainer
PM - 50 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
