Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


Monday, Monday, how sweet it is. Yikes! I was off to a slower start today. I enjoyed my time with Gwen, she left this morning. I had a lengthy cardio session and an individual weight training session -- I like working out with my clients better. Thanksgiving is just one day -- therefore, I hope all of you are keeping your normal fitness routines. I'm looking forward to running the Donahue's Turkey Trot, although I'm not sure how well my knee will hold up. I'm going for it!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Quaker weight control oatmeal, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1/3c. AllBran buds, 2 coffee - 340 calories.

Snack: Atkins Advantage Bar - 220 calories.

Lunch: 2 slices FiberOne 100% whole wheat toast, 1 slice Kraft cheese, 6 slices of Oscar Mayer thin sliced ham - 315 calories. (post- workout)

Snack: Atkins Advantage Bar - 160 calories.
Dinner: 1c. cooked whole wheat Barilla pasta, 3 turkey meatballs, 1/2 c. sauce - 500 calories.
Danielle's Workouts:
1. 30 min. Stairclimber - yeeha!!
2. 30 min. Treadmill speed-walking, 4.0 speed - yeeha!
3. 45 min. Strength training workout - wow!
