More Reasons to Skip the Muffin

It's part of your morning routine: You grab a berry muffin along with your coffee at your favorite java joint. But just because berries pack a big healthful punch, that doesn't mean you can have them in the form of a muffin. Commercially made muffins are loaded with sugar, refined grains, and especially fat. For a better use of beautiful berries, sprinkle them on whole grain cereal or put them in a baggie and take them along with you!
