Cheaters Who Lost!
Not the Same Old, Same Old

Many fad diets have you eating the same thing for a long period of time, whether it's grapefruit, cabbage, or shakes for breakfast and lunch. As Monty and his wife, Carrie, (who are on the Cheat to Lose Diet together) discovered, the Cheat to Lose Diet offers variety and more effective weight loss than its one-note competitors. "Together Carrie and I lost close to 30 pounds, but the best part is the variety of the Cheat to Lose Diet — we don't even feel like we're dieting," Monty explains. "Not only that, but in addition to all the weekly diversity, we're able to frequently take a break from all the dieting and eat whatever we want — without feeling guilty!" The Cheat Day provides unlimited diversity because there is no food that isn't allowed! Next time you see someone sipping cabbage soup or swilling a shake, be sure to let them know what you're eating!

Tip of the Day
Stay Off the Schedule

In school cafeterias across the country, Friday is usually pizza day. While the kids are excited in September, by the time the end of the school year rolls around, they're all tired of eating the same old pizza every Friday. If kids can get tired of pizza, you can certainly tire of eating the same old foods week in and week out as well. If you have the same thing each night of the week, you're going to start to stray.

Don't let that happen! Work to keep your food intake more interesting and exciting. For instance, how about looking for a new recipe on the site to prepare tonight? Try a new vegetable or fruit you've never had before. Add fresh flavor to old favorite recipes with spices or herbs; substitute quinoa or couscous for boring rice, or turkey or lean meat when you'd normally use chicken. A few small switches can create a brand new dish!
