Push-Up with Leg Lift
Targets: Chest, Triceps, Core
1. Start in the up phase of a push-up.
2. Keeping hips square to floor, lift left leg 10 inches.
3. Bend elbows to lower chest toward floor (shown); hold for 2 counts.
4. Return to start and lower left leg.
5. Do 10 times; then switch sides.
