Daily menu:

Breakfast: 6 eggwhite omelet with 1/8c. 2% shredded cheese, 2 slices whole wheat toast - 390 calories.

Snack: 1/2 Adkins bar, 1 med. apple - 180 calories.

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, 1/2c. brown rice, 2 tbsp. Pico de gallo, 1c. green beans - 425 calories.

Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 grapefruit - 160 calories.

Dinner:

Exercise 9/14: I'm looking forward to something new and challenging today.
