Daily menu:
Breakfast: 6 egg whites scrambled, (1) whole wheat english muffin - 250 calories.
Snack: med. apple, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 160 calories.
Lunch: tuna, lettuce, tomato on Joseph's whole grain (oat & wheat) wrap - 450 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Snack: med. apple - 80 calories.
Dinner: not too hungry, tired. 1 & 1/2c. raw carrots, 2 tbsp. lite blue cheese dressing - 200 calories.
Exercise 9/10:
1. 60 min. Functional training class - way to go Anna & Kim! Aren't you glad that over with!!
2. 30 min. Treadmill speed walking, 4.3 speed, 15.0 incline - 500 calories burned.
3. 20 min. Cybex arc trainer - 400 calories burned.
