Snack: med. apple, 1c. low fat cottage cheese - 200 calories.
Lunch: 10 honey hot wings, 1 potato skin, 4 UFOs - Sunday cheat - approx. 1200 calories.
Snack: med granny smith apple - 80 calories.
Exercise 9/9:
1. 40 min. Cybex arc trainer - 800 calories burned.
2. 20 min. Functional training segment - oh yeah, that's all it takes sometimes...
