Daily menu:

Breakfast: 1/2 c. Dannon light & fit yogurt, 1/2c. Fiberone, 1 pkg. Kashi oatmeat, 1/2 c. fresh strawberries - 280 calories. (YUMMY)

Lunch: 2 Grilled turkey burgers, 2c. garden salad - 400 calories.

Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.

Snack: 1/2c. strawberries, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 120 calories.

Dinner: Grilled salmon, 2 c. green beans - 380 calories.

Exercise 9/6:

1. 60 min. Cybex arc trainer - 1,008 calories burned.
