*Day 50! Today I insisted on completing my 50th consecutive workout, on the deck, in front of our lounging guests. 50 minutes of functional training, it flew by and I feel some serious momentum, heading into the last 34 days of my challenge.

Breakfast: 6 egg whites scrambled, whole wheat english muffin - 260 calories.
Snack: sm. apple, Dannon light & fit yogurt - 140 calories.
Lunch: steamers, shrimp cocktail - approx. 500 calories. ??
Snack: 1c. grapes - 80 calories.
Dinner: 1/2 red potato, 1c. green beans, steak tips - 450 calories.
