Daily menu:
Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat toast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter - 300 calories.
Snack: med. apple, 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese - 160 calories.
Lunch: Turkey breast, 2% skim milk shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato - 275 calories.
Snack: 1/2 ruby red grapefruit, 1/2c. Dannon light & fit yogurt - 140 calories.
Exercise 9/8:
1. 60 min. Speed walking on treadmill - 4.3 - 4.4 speed, 15.0 incline - 1065 calories burned.
2. 30 min. Total body strength workout - legs, chest,back, shoulder, biceps triceps! Sweaty!!!
* Shanise has practice today, so my workout will have to wait until the afternoon. It's all good! You know I love sweating like a crazy person.
