Daily menu:
Breakfast: 6 egg whites scrambled with (2) slices of oscar myer ham, 2 slices of whole wheat toast - 420 calories. * I was wicked hungry after my class this morning.
Snack: banana, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 180 calories.
Lunch: Joseph's wrap, tuna, lettuce, tomato - 400 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, 1 c. brussel sprouts - 350 calories. (craving salt)
Exercise 9/12:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Class - last class of this session! It was a rough one ladies!!!
2. Cardio - 60 min. Treadmill speed walking - 4.2 speed, 15.0 incline - 1,005 calories burned.
