Daily menu:
Breakfast: 4 eggs whites, 1 whole egg scrambled, 1 100% whole wheat english muffin - 300 calories.
Snack: (pre-workout) Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Lunch: Perdue chicken pattie, 2c. garden salad, 1c. strawberries - 240 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 c. blueberries - 120 calories.
Dinner: (10) buffalo chicken wings, med. baked potato - approx. 1,000 calories. (cheat meal)

Exercise 8/26:
1. 45 Cybex arc trainer - 700 calories burned.
2. 10 min Speed walk - 150 calories burned.
