Biggest Loser Reunion Show - Sept 4th, 9:00pm

Where Are They Now?
In the hour-long "The Biggest Loser: Did They Keep The Weight Off?" special (Sept. 4, 9-10 p.m. ET), contestants from the first three seasons will return to "The Biggest Loser" campus for one last weigh-in. Viewers will hear about their struggles -- including how they try to keep the weight off - and learn what has transpired in their lives since their appearances, including surprise "at-home" visits. Additional contestants will also be spotlighted as it paints a realistic picture of how difficult it can be to remain trim -- and how some have gained back weight but hope to shed the pounds again. Over 6,000 pounds have been lost on "The Biggest Loser" scale to date, and we will find out if that weight has stayed off.
DANIELLE'S COMMENTS: I have been waiting for the new season of biggest loser to begin, ever since the finale of season 3. I've watched all of the preview videos on NBC.com, I'm ready. This is an awesome information providing show. Like my blog, each episode of Biggest Loser will not only inspire you, but will provide you with useful weight-loss tips. Make the time to watch each episode, you won't regret it. It's emotional, I always cry. Be alarmed, some of the previous contestants did gain their weight back. NOT because they stopped working out 4 - 6 hours a day. (That was to lose the FAT faster), it's because they gradually went back to the way they were eating before! As long as our nutrition is clean, we only need to do the minimum. (2 to 3 resistance training workouts and cardio for 30 - 60 minutes, every other day. That's not alot of time, an hour a day! Weight-loss is only temporary, if you go back to your old (over-eating, non-active) ways. It's a new LIFESTYLE, the best lifestyle! Holla~
* I know this, because I've experienced it, all of it!
